- Skookum Blend®
Skookum means “strong/great” in the old Chinook parlance. A blend as big, bold and natural as the Great Northwest. This inspired blend of coffees from around the world produces a balanced cup of nutty, floral, herbal and earthy sweetness. Full City Roast.
Our goal at Principles for Peace is to create a relaxing environment where you can sip on gourmet coffee as you sit around and read from our blog or from some of the books from our P4P Bookstore - just like your local bookstore and coffee shop. Go ahead… have a seat, sip, read and relax.
