Lessons from Peace Pilgrim

Peace Pilgrim…..Have you heard of her?  She spent her life sharing peace with others. She walked over 25,000 miles all over the U.S. and into Canada and Mexico on a personal pilgrimage to share peace with others.  Peace Pilgrim truly understood what peace is.

I would like to thank my friend, Stephen Hopson, for pointing me in the way of Peace Pilgrim.  I was not aware of her life or what she stood for until Stephen brought her to my attention.  Apparently, he noticed some kind of correlation between us. ;)

Stress - Prevention and Relief

Stress…..Is it a part of your life?  Is stress inevitable?  Is there anything that can be done about stress?  I don’t know about you, but I don’t know of many people who don’t deal with stress on a regular basis.

For the first part of this week, I was away traveling.  It was a wonderful time!!  The rest of the week, I spent in some much needed “me” time.  So for this week’s post, I wanted to do something short and sweet that will hopefully leave you with something to think about and help you if you implement just one of these tips about stress.  This is not my original, but rather I found it in a book that I’ve had for several years.  I just happened to find this information while I was searching for something else in the book.  The book is called “The Melaleuca Wellness Guide” and the information is under a section about:
